A Biophysics Lab Test:
A biophysics grad from an Ontario university worked with us
for a bit, and tested one of our zappers in his own “home lab”-
his kitchen. He was making sourdough bread, so he set a
batch aside, and gave it the zapper treatment. Well, it killed
that batch of sourdough. How many more times should that
same experiment be repeated by the same person, before we
conclude there is something to it? To kill the sourdough, the
zapper would have to kill bacteria and yeast. If you want to
experiment with it, go for it!
